BROCK & GOETZMANN PLLC help clients who have been victims of the Texas Prison System or Texas Department of Criminal Justice's inhumane treatment of prisoners.  Attorneys Tamara Brock Segal and Stephen Goetzmann learned of how the Texas Department of Criminal Justice - the TDCJ - does not provide air conditioning to Texas prisoners.  Leaving those prisoners with certain health conditions, including asthma, high blood pressure, heart conditions much more vulnerable to dying from over heating.  While many of these prisoners are held for burglary, robbery or other violent offenses, these individuals were NOT sentenced to death.
