In the state of Texas bar owners have a duty to protect the public from obviously intoxicated patrons actions as a result of their state of intoxication. Drunk drivers cause thousands of grievous injuries throughout this country many of these would be avoided if bar owners followed our laws and stop serving obviously intoxicated persons.If you are someone you know has been injured by a bars neglect full conduct I have handled successfully several cases involving involving grievous injury. Also if the employees notice someone is drinking, it is the same as if the owners knew - so employees should not miss their opportunity to be responsible.
